What Is Hapkido?
Hapkido is a traditional Korean martial art self-defense system. We incorporate kicking and striking techniques, joint lock/pressure point techniques, and grappling for self-defense training. Additionally, we train calisthenics and fitness via heavy bag work and MMA-style training, as well as traditional martial art forms. We round out our curriculum with traditional weapons training, including short and long staff, sword, cane, fan, and spear.
