Christopher Demanaeus
Owner
Christopher is an ACE-certified personal trainer with a special certification in corrective exercise. He holds a sixth degree black belt in the Korean martial art of Hapkido with over 20 years of experience. His friendly, welcoming manner helps to put newcomers at ease. He takes pride in establishing a judgement-free training environment coupled with an absolute belief in the individual's ability to accomplish the goals set.

"I’ve spent the last 19 years engaged in
the fitness community. Throughout high school, I was involved in many sports and always thrived to be the best I could be. Having that mindset I spent
countless hours learning, studying and living the life of a well-conditioned athlete. After high school, I began to train in martial arts.
That stemmed from years of boxing and karate as a teen. I began to learn
judo, kickboxing, and wrestling. The different types of exercises, diets, and
new challenges had me hooked. I am now looking to grow in the fitness world
after many years of competing in MMA and provide some new insight into
people’s lives. My plan of attack is to keep things interesting. Keeping
your body in that shock and awe state. I will push you to be better every
day, both mentally and physically."
Ivy Wells

"Graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Sports Performance and Fitness Entrepreneurship. Previously was the head coach for the Charlevoix Stingray swim team and head coach at
Liberty Athletic Club for the Liquid Lightning swim team. I received my ACE
personal trainer certification in January and work for Eastern Michigan
University Recreation center as a personal trainer. I have now moved back to Charlevoix and have taken over as the Aquatics Director for the East
Jordan Community Pool.
