"I’ve spent the last 19 years engaged in
the fitness community. Throughout high school, I was involved in many sports and always thrived to be the best I could be. Having that mindset I spent
countless hours learning, studying and living the life of a well-conditioned athlete. After high school, I began to train in martial arts.
That stemmed from years of boxing and karate as a teen. I began to learn
judo, kickboxing, and wrestling. The different types of exercises, diets, and
new challenges had me hooked. I am now looking to grow in the fitness world
after many years of competing in MMA and provide some new insight into
people’s lives. My plan of attack is to keep things interesting. Keeping
your body in that shock and awe state. I will push you to be better every
day, both mentally and physically."
